Where to buy terminals

Buy SUNMI terminals from SUNMI or an authorised SUNMI reseller, not from the viva.com shop. Devices bought that way are registered to your own SUNMI Partner Platform account, so you can install and update the Yeya app from the SUNMI App Store, lock the terminal to Yeya in kiosk mode and manage it remotely. Viva describes the SUNMI terminals it sells as closed devices managed by Viva, so you would not be able to install or manage the Yeya app on them yourself. Install the viva.com Terminal app on each terminal as usual.

Not supported: needs till software
