These terms cover use of the Yeya platform, operated by ALIAO GROUP LTD, by software companies (“partners”) and the merchants and staff they invite.
What Yeya is
Yeya is software: a white-label terminal app, merchant portal, partner console and Terminal API. Yeya is not a bank, an acquirer or a payment provider and never holds merchants’ funds.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by Viva Wallet.com Ltd, authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN 989273). Merchants contract with Viva.com for acquiring, and Viva.com’s terms govern processing, settlement and chargebacks.
Free trial
New partner accounts get 14 days free. To keep taking new sales after that, choose a plan in your console. Without one, new sales pause on your merchants’ terminals; refunds and portal access continue.
Fees
Your plan (one-off, monthly per active merchant, or a share of ISV earnings) and its rate are agreed with you and shown in your console and on every invoice.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials safe, only invite people you are authorised to, and use the platform lawfully and within Viva.com’s rules.
